Winter Spectator Policy Update - 1/28/22

Winter Spectator Policy - 1/28/22

PAXTON, Mass….Anna Maria College Athletics Department has announced an adjustment to its spectator policy for its Anna Maria home basketball contests effectively immediately.

All spectators will again be allowed at Anna Maria basketball events in the Fuller Activities Center. A minimum of a surgical mask is required at all times for all indoor campus locations including the Fuller Activities Center. For spectators attending indoor games, we ask that you distance yourself in the stands as much as possible. Spectators not following the mask mandate will be asked to leave the facility.

Anna Maria will continue to follow the facility-controlled spectator policies at the Horgan Ice Rink (men's ice hockey) and New England Sports Center (women's ice hockey) which continue to allow spectators. At the New England Sports Center (women's ice hockey) per the City of Marlborough Board of Health, regardless of vaccination status, masks are required for all spectators aged 5 and up. Masks are strongly suggested for all spectators at the Horgan Ice Rink (men's ice hockey) and required for unvaccinated spectators.

The athletic department is committed to providing live stats and/or video for Anna Maria home games. Please check this web page for the links.

Spectators planning to attend Anna Maria away contests should check this link and the away teams web site for the most updated GNAC or non-conference institution spectator policies.

Anna Maria College and the athletic department continues to monitor COVID 19 with the health and safety of our community the priority and will adjust our health and safety policies as needed.
