PAXTON, MA - On Wednesday, October 30th the Anna Maria College Field Hockey hosted the Regis College Pride for a Great Northeast Athletic Conference matchup. The AMCATS lost the game 5-0.
After a scoreless first quarter, the Pride were the first on the board with a quick goal just forty seconds into the second quarter of the game. The Pride goal came off the stick of Frankie Alley who would go on to score Regis's second goal nearly ten minutes later. Not even a minute after, the Pride would tack on their third goal closing out the first half 3-0.
After the intermission, neither team would find the back of the net in the third quarter. It would be Alley again however to score two more goals for the Pride in the fourth quarter to make it a 5-0 game. Unable to score, the AMCATS would close out their season with a 5-0 loss to the Pride.
