Grace Holden, Women's Lacrosse

Freshman women’s lacrosse goalie Grace Holden was named AMCAT Spotlight Player of the Week for games played March 24th through the 30th. On Wednesday March 26th the AMCATS would host the Lasers of Lasell University. Holden would be sensational in net for the AMCATS as she would face 39 shots on net, stopping a total of 24 shots against the Lasers. That would mark a career high in saves with 24 for Holden against the Lasers. As if Holden’s display against the Lasers with 24 saves wasn’t enough, she would put on another sensational outing against the Saints of Emmanuel College, where she would have a total of 42 shots and would have a total of 19 saves. Holden has had double digits in saves for six consecutive games now for the AMCATS. She also just achieved her 100th career save against the Lasers of Lasell which was in her sixth game played for the AMCATS. Holden has a total of 119 saves so far this season for the AMCATS in 9 games played.
