Garvey Resigns As Women's Soccer Coach

PAXTON, MA —Anna Maria Women's Soccer Head Coach Lindsey Garvey announced recently that she will be leaving Anna Maria College after four seasons on the sideline. Garvey will be heading to Milton, MA as the Head Coach for the Curry College women's soccer team. For almost four and a half years Garvey has been an integral part of the Anna Maria community since she arrived on campus in December of 2018. This past season Garvey led the women's soccer team to their most successful season in almost 16 years. In addition to her coaching duties at Anna Maria, Garvey also served as an Assistant Athletic Director serving as a key member of the administrative team. 

 "I would like to thank Lindsey for all of her hard work and commitment to Anna Maria women's soccer, the athletic department and the campus," commented Director of Athletics Joseph Brady '96. "She has been an integral part of our coaching staff and department. We wish her all the best as she moves on to her next chapter in her career."
