Senior Aiden Foster broke the ice for the AMCATS with a goal off a pass from Alex Williams to make it a 3-1 game with eleven minutes to play in the first quarter. The quarter would close out with the Monks scoring five unanswered goals to make it a 17-6 game as the first half came to a close.
