Powers Named Third Team All-Conference

PAXTON, MA - On Tuesday, May 7th the Great Northeast Athletic Conference announced their Men's Lacrosse All-Conference award winners for the spring 2024 season. Nathan Powers earned Third Team All-Conference honors while Carter Hart was named to the GNAC's All-Sportsmanship team.

As a face-off specialist, Nathan Powers had a stellar season for the AMCATS. Powers took a total of 408 face-offs this season and won 265 of them, earning him a 65.0 win percentage. Powers win percentage would rank 23rd in the NCAA this spring across Division III. Throughout 16 games this spring, Powers would also collect an impressive 151 ground balls ranking him 24th in the NCAA. Powers ranked first in the GNAC's north division for face-offs while sitting third in ground balls for the conference (First in the north). All season long, Powers has been a dominating figure throughout the GNAC undoubtedly earning him Third Team All-Conference honors for his second season in a row.
