2016 Student-Athlete Summer Portal

Welcome, Anna Maria student-athletes! In order to streamline the check-in process for new and returning student-athletes and to get you cleared to play faster, we have moved Sports Medicine and Sports Information paperwork online.

Failure to complete these forms before check-in day will delay your practice clearance and will keep you on the sidelines watching your teammates first practices. Get ahead of the curve and complete these during your downtime!
