Tina Ijawet, Women's Lacrosse

Freshman women’s lacrosse player was named AMCAT Spotlight Player of the Week for games played March 11th through the 15th. On Tuesday March 12, Igawet scored an impressive three goal game with one assist. That would tally Ijawet with 5 goals and one assist for a total of 6 points in just three games so far this season. Ijawet would also have an impressive outing in the circle winning 4 draw controls in the game. Ijawet went a total of 100 percent for free position shots scoring on both free position shots, she had in the game earning her Spotlight Player of the Week. 

The women’s lacrosse team will be back in action on Saturday March 16, 2023 where they will host a conference matchup against the Albertus Magnus College Falcons at the Caparso Field in Paxton, Massachusetts. Opening draw is set for 12:00PM.
