Lamar Wilkes, Football

Senior football player Lamar Wilkes was named AMCAT Spotlight Player of the Week for games played October 23rd through the 29th. On Saturday, October 28th Wilkes helped the AMCATS take down the Gallaudet University Bison 49-14. In the game Wilkes had 3 interceptions, one of which returned for a touchdown. Wilkes also totaled 7 tackles, returned for 97 yards as well as having one PBU. Wilkes was also named ECFC Defensive Player of the Week for his performance.

Football will be back in action on November 11th where they will host the Castleton University Spartans for the last game of the season. Opening kickoff is at 2:00pm.
