50 Anna Maria Student-Athletes Named to GNAC Academic All-Conference Team

WINTHROP, Mass.—Fifty Anna Maria College student-athletes were named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Academic All-Conference Team, as announced by GNAC Commissioner Joe Walsh on Tuesday morning.

To qualify for the Academic All-Conference Team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher and have reached sophomore status at his or her respective institution.

Anna Maria women's tennis led all AMCAT teams with seven selections, while the baseball team led the Anna Maria men's teams. Both the field hockey and softball teams saw six student-athletes qualify.

A total of 861 student-athletes across the entire GNAC were named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference team. The 50 Anna Maria student-athletes are listed below:
