Women's Basketball Closes Out Season With Loss To Saints

PAXTON, MA. – On Saturday, February 17th the Anna Maria College women's basketball team hosted the Emmanuel College Saints for senior day. The AMCATS lost the game 82-56.

The AMCATS struggled to keep up with the Saints throughout the game. Putting up their strongest performance in the fourth quarter, it wouldn't be enough to close the gap as the Saints closed the game out on top of the AMCATS.

Prior to the game, the AMCATS celebrated their senior day where they honored Gina Parmenter, Chloe Giordano and Devine Johnson for their incredible contributions to the team during their time at Anna Maria.

  • Marinique Reddin posted 15 points for the AMCATS.
  • The AMCATS closed out their season with a record of 9-16.
