AMCATS Prepare For ECHA Tournament

PAXTON, MA--- The Anna Maria College women's ice hockey team is scheduled to compete in the first-ever Eastern Collegiate Hockey Alliance (ECHA) Championship this weekend at the Fidelity Worcester Ice Center in Worcester.

The AMCATS claimed the two-seed in the four-team tournament with a 3-2-1 record against ECHA opponents. Head coach Mike Cox's squad – which has made incredible strides in just their fourth season of existence - is led by freshman forward Jordyn Bleaney (Nanoose Bay, BC) with 14 points over 19 games.
