Carriere Named ECHA Rookie Of The Week
PAXTON, MA: Freshman forward Raven Carriere (Labroquerie West, MB) of the Anna Maria College women's ice hockey team was recognized as the Eastern Collegiate Hockey Alliance (ECHA) Rookie of the Week for the week ending January 23, 2022 as announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Carriere scored the AMCATS' sole goal of the week this past week, as she scored her second career goal with a game-tier 4:14 into the first period during Anna Maria's home game against Post on Friday evening, assisted by fellow freshman forward Carly Drew (Rochester, MA) and senior forward Riley Cote (Tewksbury, MA).
