Marzec Strikes Out Twelve Batters In 3-1 Win Over Raiders

WP (4-1): Jack Marzec - 7.0 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 5 BB, 12 K
LP (3-1): Nate Bonacorsi – 7.0 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 2 BB, 5 K

After two scoreless innings the Raiders were the first to strike with and RBI single in the top of the third inning. It wasn't until the bottom of the sixth when the AMCATS would finally answer back after Jeremy Rosenberg hit an RBI Double into right center to send Kosta Drosidis across home plate. Christian Villa would send out a SAC Fly to give the AMCATS the lead over the Raiders as Jarrod Marifiote tagged up at third to make his way home. 

After a scoreless seventh inning, the AMCATS sealed the deal after Rosenberg sent one into left field for a single before Marifiote could capitalize on a throwing error sending him home for the AMCATS third run of the evening and the final run of the game. The AMACATs closed the game out leading over the Raiders 3-1. 

Jack Marzec struck out 12 batters in the Effort against the Raiders. Rosenberg and Marifiote would each go 2 for 4 at bat with Rosenberg earning an RBI.
