Grasso Jr. Named GNAC Player Of The Week

PAXTON, MA : Senior guard Ralph Grasso, Jr. (Marlborough, MA) of the Anna Maria College men's basketball team was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week for the week ending November 28, 2021 as announced by the conference on Monday.

In just 26 minutes of action, Grasso exploded for 27 points against Clark on Tuesday, shooting 10-of-14 from the field, including a perfect 5-of-5 from behind the arc. The senior also pulled down six rebounds with three assists and only two turnovers.

The senior team captain leads the team in shooting, three-point shooting and three-pointers made. He is second in scoring and rebounding.

Anna Maria will be back on the court on Tuesday when they host Framingham State in a 6:00 p.m. game.
