PAXTON, MA: The Anna Maria College men's basketball team lost 85-66 to visiting Regis College on Monday evening in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at the Fuller Center in Paxton.

THE BASICS:

TURNING POINT:

• A 13-3 run early in the second half saw the Pride break the game open. The AMCATS were never able to pull within single-digits for the remainder of the game.

 HIGHLIGHTS:

• Anna Maria senior forward Hayden Braga (Foster, RI) led the AMCATS with 11 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
• Anna Maria sophomore guard Trevian Grenon (Sutton, MA) finished with 11 points and three steals.
• Anna Maria senior guard Kennedy Minix-Rogers (Smyrna, GA) filled the stat-line with nine points, five assists, two steals and two rebounds.
• Regis senior forward Marc Trinidad (Bronx, NY) was a force inside with 24 points, 14 rebounds and two blocks.

Anna Maria will be back on the court on Wednesday evening when they host Saint Joseph's College in a 7:00 p.m. game.
