Women's Ice Hockey Collects Gifts For The Center For Human Development

Paxton MA,…Earlier this month the women's ice hockey team held a "Fill a Hockey Bag" gift collection during their home games on December 2nd and 3rd. The team encouraged people to donate an unwrapped toy or gift with the plan to donate what they collected to the Center for Human Developments' Behavioral Health Initiative program. The program provides intensive in-home mental health services to children and their families.

"We are so appreciative of the opportunity to partner with CHD to give back to the local community. One of the real drivers of the culture we are building and one of the values of the school is about caring for those around us," commented first-year head coach Zach Perkins. "The efforts put forth by the team are a direct correlation to the values of our group and our school community."

Anna Maria is very proud of Coach Perkins and the women's ice hockey team for their contribution to the community and helping those in need.
