Leighton Earns All-Sportsmanship Recognition

WINTHROP, Mass.--The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced its All-Conference selections and other major award winners on Monday. Paige Leighton (Georgetown, Mass.) of the Women's Soccer team was named to the All-Sportsmanship team to earn Anna Maria recognition in this season's selections.

 

Leighton was a senior defenseman for the AMCATS this season. She played and started in all 16 games and added a great deal of strength to the backfield. This was Leighton's first conference recognition. She is joined by 11 other players named to the All-Sportsmanship Team from the GNAC.
