Moran Tabbed as GNAC Player of the Week

WINTHROP, Mass.—Senior Kaitlyn Moran (Leicester, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.

It marks the first time Moran has earned a conference weekly honor since her freshman season, when she was named the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week on two different occasions.

MORAN'S WEEK

Moran opened her senior season with a 10-point week on the strength of five goals for Anna Maria. She netted four goals in the team's opener against Clark, and followed it up by scoring the lone AMCAT goal against Colby-Sawyer on Saturday.

The AMCATS (0-2) continue their three-game home stand this week as they host Becker on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and open GNAC play on Saturday against St. Joseph's College at 1:00 p.m.
