Women’s Basketball Close Out Year with 77-58 Loss to Cadets

NORTHFIELD, VT: On Saturday afternoon, the Anna Maria College women's basketball team met up with the Norwich University Cadets in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference game at Andrews Hall.

THE BASICS:

• Records: Anna Maria AMCATS 7-18 (4-13 GNAC) | Norwich Cadets 11-14 (7-10 GNAC)

HIGHLIGHTS

• Sophomore forward Marinique Reddin (Tampa, FL) and junior guard Gina Parmenter (Oxford, MA) paced the AMCATS with 13 points each. Reddin also added 11 rebounds for her 11^th double-double of the season.
• Senior forward Patty Agbeh (Framingham, MA) and graduate student guard Julitza Delgado (Southbridge, MA) each pulled down five rebounds while Delgado added on four assists and a game-high four steals.
• The AMCATS enjoyed an 18-6 edge in points off of turnovers while forcing 16 turnovers.
• The Cadets were sparked by a double-double of 23 points and 11 rebounds by Maren McGinn. The Cadets also got double-digit points off the bench from Haley Brewster (18) and Silas Bernier (10).
