Women’s Basketball Overwhelmed By Monks

STANDISH, ME: On Tuesday January 3rd the Women's Basketball team traveled to Standish, ME. To take on the St. Josephs Monks. The AMCATS lost the game 52-83

HIGHLIGHTS

• After a slow start to the game the AMCATS quickly found themselves trailing behind the Monks 29-9 going in to the second quarter.
• Trying to scratch their way back into the game the AMCATS put up a better effort in the second quarter but the Monks still held the lead going into the second half of the game.
• The AMCATS were able to outscore the Monks in the forth quarter but still fell 83-52.
• Marinique Reddin led the AMCATS with 16 points. Posting 10 of her 16 in the third quarter.
