Women’s Basketball Can’t Hold On Against Cadets

PAXTON, MA: On Thursday, January,19th the Women's Basketball team hosted the Norwich University Cadets in a GNAC Conference matchup. The AMCATS fell 58-53.

HIGHLIGHTS

• The AMCATS came out strong outscoring the Cadets 17-11 in the first quarter.
• Going back and forth with the Cadets in the second quarter the AMCATS trailed 11-10 but still led over Norwich 27-22 at halftime.
• Norwich took control of the game in the second half tying the game up at the end of the third quarter.
• The Cadets took the lead in the fourth quarter. Anna Maria could not come back closing the game out trailing behind the Cadets 58-53.
• Marinique Reddin led the AMCATS with 25 points.
