Men’s Basketball Short By Three Against Chargers

NEW LONDON, NH: On Saturday afternoon, the Anna Maria College men's basketball team traveled to New London, NH to take on the Colby Sawyer College Chargers. The AMCATS lost the game 73-76.

HIGHLIGHTS

• The AMCATS led the game at half time 37-35 over the Chargers.
• After leading over the chargers for most of the second half the AMCATS found themselves tied up with just under 10 minutes left of play.
• Going point for point all the way until the end of the game the AMCATS gave up a free throw attempt with just 3 seconds left on the clock which gave the Chargers two more points to close the game out 76-73
• Gabe Armstead led the AMCATS with 17 points, going 4-5 in free throws.
