Hartford, CT: On Monday night the Anna Maria College men's basketball team traveled south to take on the Trinity College Bantams in Hartford, CT. The AMCATS lost the game 61-91.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • The AMCATS started the game out strong hanging with the Bantams throughout the first half. Trevian Grenon tried to set the tone with a three pointer to open things up.
  • After some Back and forth in the first the AMCATS only trailed by 8 points going into the second half of the game. 
  • Despite keeping things close in the first half the Bantams would prove to be too much for the AMCATS putting up 48 points in the second half over Anna Marias 26.
  • Anna Maria's Christian Armstead, Jayden Dickerson and Trevian Grenon put up 12 points each in the matchup. Kennedy Minix-Rogers was not far behind posting 8 points and going 2-2 on three point shots.
