Hannah Tobey Named GNAC Field Hockey Goalkeeper Of The Week

Winthrop, MA...Anna Maria field hockey senior goalkeeper Hannah Tobey, (Falmouth, MA) was named GNAC Field Hockey Goalkeeper Player of the Week for games played October 10 - October 15. Tobey went 2-0 while stopping nine of 10 shots, including a four-save shutout against Albertus Magnus for a 2-0 road win. She had five saves in a 2-1 win over Regis. The AMCATS improved to 4-4 in the GNAC followig the two wins this past week.  

In 13 games played this season, Tobey has recorded 130 saves including two shutouts and a 5-8 overall record. 

The AMCATS play at home against GNAC foe Rivier on Wednesday, October 19 at 7 pm and travel to Elms on Saturday, October 22 at 12 pm.
