Field Hockey Stopped by Pilgrims

HENNIKER, NH: The Anna Maria College field hockey team took on New England College at Melander Field for a non-conference matchup. AMCATS goalkeeper Hannah Tobey (Falmouth, MA) continued her streak of double-digit saves with 11 saves to keep her team in the game. The AMCATS couldn't overcome the Pilgrims' 30-1 lead in shots and fell 5-0.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Tobey had her fifth consecutive double-digit saves game to open the season.
• Senior midfielder Meghan Sonia recorded the AMCATS lone shot on.
• The Pilgrims were led by Martina Hill with two goals and a goal apiece from Emma LaPierre, Giuliana Kelvin and Meghan McCamish. Drea Chin was credited with three assists while LaPierre recorded one.
