WEST HARTFORD, CT: The Anna Maria College women's soccer team traveled to St. Joseph University on Saturday evening for some Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at the USJ Athletic Complex.

THE BASICS:

HIGHLIGHTS

  • The AMCATS lone goal was scored by senior defender Ashley Dickinson (Bowmanville, ON). The goal was Dickinson's second in as many games.
  • Sophomore midfielder Olympia Myers (Grimsby, ON) was credited with her second assist of the year on Dickinson's goal.
  • The AMCATS had an 18-13 advantage in shots, but couldn't make the most of it with only five of the 18 shots being on net.
  • Senior goalkeeper Alice Yokabaskas (Old Orchard Beach, ME) recorded five saves in the game, pushing her season total to a career-high 61 with at least three games remaining.
  • The Blue Jays' goals were scored by Maxine Muscatello (7', 12'), Zoe Walk (9', 19'), and Jenna Zup (74').
