Men's Soccer Falls Short to Regis 2-1

PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Men's Soccer team stumbled against Regis College this evening in conference play 2-1.

The Pride (8-4-2, 4-4-2 GNAC) had two players that contributed to the two goals in the match. Ken Miyonzima was able to put Regis on the board in the 58^th minute, while Derek Triana capped of the game with the final score in the 69^th minute. Both of Regis' goals came off a pass from Jared Barroso.

The AMCATS (2-12-1, 0-9-1 GNAC) lone goal was scored by Nick Lawrence (Attleboro, Mass.) just before half in the 40^th minute. Lawrence's goal was assisted on by Connor Francis (Colchester, Conn.).

Regis will be back on the field Saturday as they take on Colby-Sawyer at 1:00PM.

Anna Maria is back at home This Saturday as they will play Johnson & Wales at 5:00PM.
