Paxton, Mass: The Anna Maria College Men's Soccer team was defeated in conference play Wednesday night by the University of Saint Joseph Blue Jays by a score of 3-1.

First Half
Anna Maria tallied the first score in the 10th minute when Nick Lawrence (Attleboro, Mass.) blasted a penalty kick into the back of the net.
The Blue Jays responded shortly after as DeAnte Anderson scored at the 21:16 mark, to not up the game 1-1.
Second Half
The Blue Jays took the lead on a header from Daniel Castro in the 66 minute off of a cross from Anderson. The Blue Jays added to their lead in the 79th minute when Glaymer Cardona scored on a put back off of a penalty kick.

The University of Saint Joseph will face off against Suffolk University on Saturday 22nd at 12: PM.
Anna Maria will be back in action at 4:00 PM Thursday night the 20th as the travel to Nichols College in non-conference play.
