Men's Soccer Shutout by Lasers

PAXTON Mass:  Anna Maria Men's Soccer team would fall on Saturday afternoon 1-0 to conference opponent Lasell College at AMCATS Field. 

Anna Maria College (2-8, 0-5 GNAC), Lasell College (2-5-2, 1-4-2 GNAC)

First Half:

Lasell College would get a goal just five minutes into the game on a spin move from Kevin Pitt to take a 1-0.  This would be the only goal of the half for Lasell as they would get shutout the rest of the half.  Jeffre Donahue (Rockland, Mass) would go onto just allow that one goal and make seven saves to Jackson Burhans two for Lasell.

Second Half

Neither team would be able to find the back of the net in the second half. Donahue would make a terrific leaping save to keep the AMCATS in the game; however, they would not be able to tie up the game.

Lasell College: Jackson Burhans: 0 Goals Allowed 2 Saves (1-4-2)
