Men's Soccer Falls to Bison

PAXTON, Mass: The Anna Maria Men's Soccer team fell to the Nichols College Bison by a score of 4-0 Thursday night in non-conference play in Dudley, Mass.

Anna Maria College (1-6, 0-3 GNAC), Nichols College (5-2, 0-1 CCC)

The Bison had four players score in the contest starting with a goal from Nick Cancellaro which was assisted by Chris Noga in the 11^th minute. Cancellaro was followed by Lucas Vaadi who found the back of the net in the 22^nd minute. Nichols was able to add to their lead late in the first half with a goal in the 43 minute by Evan Lemione who was assisted by William Aldrich. The last goal of the game was scored early in the second half by Aldrich in the 48^th minute.

Anna Maria was led by Ryan Todesco (Southwick, Mass.) who had two shots on net in the contest. AMCAT goalie John Goncalves (Edgartown, Mass) notched 9 saves and faced 13 shots as he was tagged with his first loss of the season.

The Bison will return to action on Saturday the 22^nd at 4:30 PM, against Western New England.

The AMCATS will return home this Sunday the 23^rd at 2:00 PM, as they square off against Green Mountain College.
