Bio

Coach Schroeder enters his third season at the helm of the Anna Maria women’s soccer team in 2014.  During his first two seasons the team has seen significant improvements.  

The team's four wins in 2013 is the highest win total for the program since 2007.  Under Schroeder’s guidance, the team was able to cut its goal differential from -150 in 2011 to -36 in 2013.  In addition, the team has seen one player earn GNAC Rookie of the Week honors, three players earn GNAC Weekly Honor Roll recognition, and five players named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

Schroeder joined Anna Maria after spending three seasons as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Becker College.  While at Becker College, Coach Schroeder helped his team to a 14-11 record in conference play, and qualified for post-season play in all three seasons.  Additionally, he coached seven different players to all-conference selections.  

Prior to Becker College, Coach Schroeder served as the head coach of middle level boy’s soccer at Moultonborough Academy and as a head coach with Warren Youth Soccer Association.

Coach Schroeder is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and holds a National Diploma.

He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He resides in Worcester, Mass. with his wife and two children.
