Daye Named GNAC Rookie of the Week
Paxton, Mass. – Hugh Daye (Worcester, Mass.) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Rookie of the Week for the week ending February 19, 2012. Daye averaged 15 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals on a 2-0 week for the AMCATS. Versus Norwich on the road Daye scored 13 points and had 4 rebounds. In AMC s regular season finale Daye had a career day scoring 17 points (8-for-12) and dishing out 7 assists in 31 minutes.
