Paxton, Mass. – The Anna Maria College women's lacrosse team dropped their final game of the season, 16-2, to visiting Rivier University in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action. With the win the Raiders move to 8-7 overall and 6-4 in GNAC play while the AMCATS complete their season with a 0-13 record, 0-10 in the GNAC.

The Albertus Magnus College women’s lacrosse team defeated the Anna Maria College AMCats 19-10 for the program’s first victory Sunday afternoon at Celentano Field in New Haven, Conn. Kelsey Proctor, had a career game scoring four goals and recording three assists for a total of seven points on the day. The Falcons improve to 1-9 overall and 1-8 in the GNAC while the AMCATS fall to 0-11 overall and 0-8 in the GNAC

The loss drops Anna Maria to 0-6 overall and 0-5 in conference play. Mount Ida improves to 3-8 on the season and 1-5 in the GNAC.

BOSTON, Mass. -- Simmons Lacrosse opened Great Northeast Athletic Conference play Saturday afternoon with a 22-0 shutout of the Anna Maria College AMCATS. The Sharks (2-1, 1-0 GNAC) outshot the visitors 41-4 and 12 different Sharks scored at least one goal.

BOSTON, Mass. –Lasell College, the defending GNAC regular season and tournament champion, has been tabbed as the Pre-Season favorites for the 2014 season, receiving eight first place votes as well as 115 total points in the voting process. Simmons College earned two first place votes and 106 points in second place with the other first place vote going to Norwich University.
