Women's Lacrosse: Hawks Sweep Past AMCATS

LEICESTER, Mass.- Becker College defeated Anna Maria College 21-0 in non-conference women's lacrosse action Thursday afternoon at Alumni Field. The win evens the Hawks record at 3-3, while the AMCATS fall to 0-5.

Becker had eight different players find the back of the net. Kailee Ruyack (Beacon, N.Y.) and Ashley Mossey (Ballston Lake, N.Y.) led the way with five goals each. Tatum Fahs (Foster, R.I.) and Christina Boucher (Pawcatuck, Conn.) chipped in with hat tricks.

Becker goalie Shelby Wicks (Shaftsbury, Vt.) made two stops, while Bridget Larsen (Hull, Mass.) made 22 saves for Anna Maria.

Becker returns to action on Saturday, March 29 when they host Green Mountain College at 3:30 p.m. Anna Maria continues GNAC play on Tuesday, April 2 when they host Mount Ida College at 4:00 p.m.
