Kevin McCoy NAMED BSN DIVISION III ALL-AMERICAN

Paxton, Mass. - Dan Evans, Chief Operating Officer for Beyond Sports, LLC. has recently announced the selection of Anna Maria College's sophomore defensive back Kevin McCoy (Springfield, Mass.) to the Beyond Sports Network (BSN) All-American third team for his outstanding 2011 performance on the gridiron.

McCoy earns the first All-American selection for Anna Maria College, who are only in their third year of NCAA Division III football.

 McCoy also received honorable mention recognition by the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference this season. He finished the season tied for eighth nationally in NCAA Division III for interceptions (5). He recorded 47 total tackles, 35 solo tackles, 12 tackle assists, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. The second year player also had 5 interceptions with a touchdown and 4 quarterback break-ups.
