Cross Country Competes at UMASS Dartmouth Shriners Invitational

North Dartmouth, MA – (9/17/11) – The Anna Maria College men's cross country team finished 33^rd out of 34 teams at the UMASS Dartmouth Shriners Cross Country Invitational held in North Dartmouth, Mass on Saturday afternoon. MIT took the title with 31 points with all their runners finishing in the top 30.

The AMCATS top runner was sophomore Matt Moquin (Lakeville, MA) who topped the 8k run with a time of 29:30 in 163^rd place. Freshman Nick Hummel finished just 4 seconds behind Moquin at 29:34. Junior Dave Sheridan (Auburn, MA) placed 3^rd on the team with a time of 31:36. Dan Sanches (233^rd/32:50), William Sangster (238^th/33:16) and Kadeem Brown (250^th/38:40) rounded out the
