McNamara Named GNAC Player of the Week

Paxton, Mass. - Senior Nate McNamara (Leicester, Mass.) has been name the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Golf Player of the Week as announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.

McNamara carded a 112 to finish tied for second at the Trinity Invitational Golf Tournament at Tunxis Plantation Country Club. Inclement weather caused officials to shorten the tournament to 27 holes. McNamara covered the 9-hole first day with a round of 37. The senior handed in a 75 on day two to finish with a weekend score of 112.
