Equestrian Competes In First Show Of The Season

Ashaway, RI...The Anna Maria College equestrian team competed for the first time this season at the University of Rhode Island at Hunter Ridge (Ashaway, RI).

Senior Grace Bond (Medfield, MA) placed 1st out of nine riders on the flat and in fourth place over fencs (jumping). Classmat Bailey Nugent (Worcester, MA) placed 2nd out of six in the walk/trot class.

The AMCATS are back in action on October 15 at Roger Williams at Sunflower Meadows Equestrian (Seekonk, MA).
