Equestrian Competes At URI Show

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. – The Anna Maria Equestrian team competed at the University of Rhode Island’s event at Mystic Valley Hunt Club on Saturday, March 12. Senior captain Jocelyn Trifiro qualified to compete in regionals later this season at Mystic Valley Hunt Club in Gales Ferry, Connecticut on April 2^nd.  She will compete against riders from Mt. Holyoke, Brown University, University of Rhode, Salve Regina, Johnson & Wales, Boston University and Roger Williams.

Grace Bond – First Place over fences, and 5^th Place on the Flat

Jocelyn Trifiro – 5^th Place over fences, and 2^nd Place on the Flat  (Placed for Regionals)

Gina Carbone – 6^th Place on the Flat
