Schwarz and Perry Honored by GNAC

WINTHROP, Mass - Earlier today the Great Northeast Athletic Conference released their weekly awards which includes Player of the Week, Pitcher of the Week, and Rookie of the Week. Two AMCATS were honored by the league with Junior Goalie Paul Schwarz receiving Goalie of the Week for the second time in three week and freshman Cameron Perry receiving Rookie of the Week.

Goalie of the Week, Paul Schwarz made 25 saves in a 1-1 week for the AMCATS. In 105 minutes on the field, he posted a 62.5 save percentage.

Rookie of the Week, Cameron Perry had a break out week for the AMCATS. In two games he scored four goals and assisted on three others. His four goals were scored on just 11 shots, five of which were on target.

The AMCATS are back on the field Monday evening on the road against Wentworth at 6pm. They will be back at home on Thursday against Benedictine from Illinois.
