Freshman Moore Selected GNAC Runner of the Week

First year runner Maureen Moore (Newbury, Mass.) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Runner of the Week as reported from the conference office on Monday evening.

Moore captured the individual title in a dual meet vs. Western New England University on Saturday afternoon. The AMC runner finished first in the 16-runner event with a time of 21:02, over the five  kilometer distance.  Anna Maria finished in first and third place in the race but dropped the meet 34-24.
