PAXTON, MA: The Anna Maria College women's volleyball returned to action this afternoon when they hosted a tri-match with Bridgewater State and Emmanuel College at the Fuller Activities Center.

HIGHLIGHTS
- In the first game of the day, the AMCATS were led by junior outside hitter Sarah Burt (Plymouth, MA) with seven kills and a game-high 14 digs. She was also involved in a solo block and an assisted block.
- Junior setter Julia Tarantino (Pembroke, MA) led the AMCATS with 11 assists and added two kills and two digs.
- The Bears were paced by Kim Gowell and Abigail Reardon who each recorded nine kills while Savannah Quintal and Victoria Caiano each had nine digs.
- In the final game of the afternoon, the AMCATS had a trio of players with double-digit kills, led again by Burt with 11 while also getting 10 apiece from senior middle blocker Ryann Hassett (North Oxford, MA) and senior outside hitter Bella Kozciak (Westfield, MA).
- Burt again led the AMCATS in digs, recording a tie for the game-high with 21. She was one of a quartet of AMCATS in double-digits, being joined by freshman setter Isabella Sand, senior libero Serena Dennis (Holyoke, MA), and sophomore outside hitter Jana Hunt who all had 13.
- The Saints were led by a game-high 14 kills from Kerry Shea. They also got 21 digs from Tatiana Correia.

UP NEXT:
Anna Maria will be in action again on Tuesday when they host a non-conference opponent, the Northern Vermont University-Lyndon Hornets. The teams will take the court for a 7 PM start. The game will be preceded by a senior day ceremony to honor the AMCATS seniors so please arrive early.
