  • Goaltender Sam Dahill posted 22 saves on 23 shots in the first two periods to give the AMCATS a fighting chance going into the third.
  • With a penalty on Salem early in the final period, The AMCATS had an opportunity to tie things up but were held scoreless by Salem's goaltender Dana Smullen who posted 13 saves in the third.
