WORCESTER, MA: The Anna Maria College women's ice hockey team lost 5-1 at Worcester State University in a matchup of cross-county rival on Saturday evening in Eastern Collegiate Hockey Alliance (ECHA) action at the Worcester Ice Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The AMCATS jumped out to quick lead just 2:16 into the game when Anna Maria junior forward Grace Dodge (St. Paul, MN) beat the goalie for her fourth goal of the season, with assists going to junior forward Sara Sammons (Western Australia, AUS) and sophomore Angelina Rodriguez (Corona, CA).
- Anna Maria junior goalkeeper Julia Smith (Chillwack, BC) finished with 26 saves on the night.
- Worcester State senior forward Clare Conway (Billerica, MA) led the Lancers with two goals.
