Men's Soccer Adds Bruno Piva de Castro To Coaching Staff

PAXTON, MA - The Anna Maria College Athletic Department has announced the hiring of Bruno Piva de Castro as their new Men's Soccer Graduate Assistant Coach.

"I am excited to bring the winning mentality cultivated during my time at UNH to Anna Maria College as I step into the role of assistant coach." Bruno said. "Having experienced success as a student-athlete under the guidance of head coach Joe, who was my assistant coach at UNH two years ago, I am more than excited to collaborate with him once again. Together, we aim to encourage a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the soccer program at Anna Maria College. I look forward to contributing my passion for the game and helping the team reach new heights."

Bruno is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire ('23). In his time playing at the University of New Hampshire he had an extremely successful soccer career. He is a four-time America East Regular Season Champion, participated in the NCAA tournament four times, reached the NCAA Sweet 16 twice, and finished in the top 10 in the country twice.

Head Coach Joe Dincecco had the following to say about Bruno; "I believe adding Bruno to our coaching staff is going to help elevate our men's soccer program. His personality, passion for the game and soccer knowledge will help move our program forward."
