Women’s Volleyball Falls Twice At Regis

WESTON, MA : The Anna Maria College women's volleyball team went winless on Saturday at the Regis College Tri-Match in Weston, Massachusetts, falling to the host Pride, 25-7, 25-9, 25-16, before coming up short to the Saints of Emmanuel College, 25-13, 25-17, 25-6.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Anna Maria sophomore setter Julia Tarantino (Pembroke, MA) led the AMCATS, sparking the offense and the defense with seven kills to go along with 20 set assists and digs apiece.
• Anna Maria junior middle blocker Ryann Hassett (North Oxford, MA) finished with seven kills, an ace and a solo block over six sets.
• Anna Maria senior libero Tabitha Franceschet (Westfield, MA) added 14 digs.
