Volleyball Falls to Suffolk, 3-0 on Senior Day

- PAXTON, MASS: Anna Maria's Volleyball team dropped three straight sets to GNAC opponent Suffolk University this afternoon on their senior day in the Fuller Center.  

 THE BASICS:

- Date: 10/12/2019

- Score: Suffolk University 3, Anna Maria 0. Set Scores 6-25, 12-25, 19-25.

- Records: Suffolk (15-6, 6-1 GNAC), Anna Maria (2-15, 0-7 GNAC)

LEADERS FOR SUFFOLK:

-  Hannah Fabiano tallied the game high in kills with 13 to go along with her 2 service aces and 9 digs.

-  Harmony Johnson racked up the assists for the Rams falling just one shy of 30 with 29 for the match.

-  Kayla Barbera was also a huge contributor for the Rams as she finished with 11 kills and 8 digs.

LEADERS FOR THE AMCATS:

-  Ryann Hassett (North Oxford, MA) and Tayler Hoffstedt (Lanesborough, MA) finished at the top for the AMCATS best hitters this afternoon as they finished with 3 kills each.

-  Julia Ramos (Orange, MA) finished as the top setter for Anna Maria with 9 total assists.

-  Serena Dennis (Holyoke, MA) found her place by holding down the 'Cats defense as she accumulated 6 total digs.
