INDIANAPOLIS—Two Anna Maria College seniors are among more than 200 student-athletes nationwide who have been invited to attend the NCAA Career in Sports Forum. A committee from within the NCAA membership selected Kevin Grey (Middleborough, Mass.) of the AMCAT football team and Brittany Jackson (Larchmont, N.Y.), a volleyball and softball player, to attend this year’s event from June 2-5 at the NCAA headquarters in Indianapolis.

Volleyball Falls to Gulls in ECAC Semifinal Contest

The top seeded Endicott Gulls breezed past the fourth seeded Anna Maria AMCATS 3-0 in the semifinal round of the ECAC New England Division III Volleyball championships. With the win, the Gulls advanced to the championship round against the winner of MCLA/Lesley. The AMCATS finish their season at 17-16.

Raiders Remain Perfect in GNAC, Topping AMCATS, 3-0

The Anna Maria College Volleyball team fell to the Raiders of Rivier University in straight sets this evening in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) contest held at the Muldoon Gymnasium. The Raiders are now 21-5 overall and a perfect 7-0 in the conference while the AMCATS fall to 14-12 and 4-4 in the GNAC.
