BOSTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College Women’s Lacrosse Team celebrated the Saints’ regular season finale and senior day with an 18-1 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) win over Anna Maria College on Sunday evening.

Wednesday, March 27, 2013 (Newton, Massachusetts) - The Mount Ida College women's lacrosse team collected their first Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) victory of 2013 with a 17 win over visiting Anna Maria College Wednesday afternoon on Alumni Field. The hosts overpowered the visiting AMCATS firing 34 shots for the contest only surrendering nine chances to the Anna Maria.

NEW BRITAIN – AMCATS Sandy Acosta (Lawrence, MA) and Kylie Dalbec (Portland, ME) both potted hat tricks for AMC, however it wasn’t enough as the University of Saint Joseph Blue Jays women’s lacrosse team defeated Anna Maria 24-9 in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference game Saturday at Central Conn. State University.

The win pushes the Sharks to 3-1 (2-0 GNAC) while the AMCATS remain winless, 0-3 on the season.

(03.16.13) – The Lasell Lasers women’s lacrosse team received goals from 11 different players en route to a 23-2 win over host Anna Maria College during a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) matchup at AMCAT Field on Saturday afternoon. The win improves the Lasers to 3-2 (1-0 GNAC) while the AMCATS start the season 0-1 (0-1 GNAC).
2013 GNAC Women’s Lacrosse Pre-season Coaches’ Poll Announced

BOSTON, Mass. –Norwich University, the defending GNAC regular season and conference playoff champions, have been tabbed as the Pre-Season favorites for the 2013 season, receiving eight first place votes as well as 97 total points in the voting process. The remaining two first-place votes went to Lasell College, who were selected to finish second in the GNAC, receiving 89 total points in the poll.
